HPATC PROGRAMS

THIS IS THE REAL DEAL! THIS WILL BE THE HARDEST GROUP CLASS THAT YOU WILL EVER TAKE! Even if you have done Boot camps and Cross Fit, in the past, you will still feel out of shape taking this class. If you are ready to take your fitness to the next level, become stronger in functional movements, strengthen your core, are committed to achieve your goals and ready to see results, then this is the class to take!

  • All exercises use your own body weight, no equipment required!
  • Class length is 45min to 1 hour.
  • If you feel dizzy or light headed, STOP! Step back and stand at attention!
  • Any time you feel the need to take a break or stop training, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO RING THE BELL!
  • If you ring the bell 2 times in the class, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTINUE!
  • Routines are scientifically based, they are designed to take you to the edge and challenge you physically everytime.

The instructor who will be training you is; Ed Winfield
Ed has worked as the Fitness Industry for 22 years; he holds multiple certifications including National Strength Professionals Association (N.S.P.A.), U.S.A.W. Sports Performance Coach, and American College of Sports Medicine (A.C.S.M.) Wellness Coaching program (Life Coach). While serving in the U.S. Navy, Ed became a member of the U.S. Navy SEAL Team, where he was first introduced to “functional training”

Because of his background in the military and his training experience, Ed brings leadership skills, discipline, motivation, character and core values. His and the Staff of High Performance Athletic Training Center’s focus is in creating and maintaining the highest level of athletic programming and sport specific performance training in the tri-state area.
