Mobility Sessions Now Available
Come and increase your mobility! In this class an instructor will go over breathing techniques and yoga based movements. You will gain functional strength and improve your flexibility through these methods. This is a great session for in-season athletes!
Mondays: 12:00 pm-1:00 pm
Wednesdays: 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Fridays: 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
